I don't have a case or anything for this CD, but from what I could find online this is Gert Wilden & Orchestra (could the orchestra not come up with a name?)doing a bunch of sleazy German sexploitation music. Although track 2 sounds like it would have fit better during a rather heated car chase. I think it's mainly for Schoolgirl Report, but theres some other stuff from other "Sexy German films" on there as well.

Schulmaedchen Report was released by Germany's Crippled Dick Hot Wax back around 2000. You should be able to find the artwork online; the booklet is pretty extensive.
