Continuing the day with Hellraiser II. Or Hellbound: Hellraiser 2 rather, which pisses me off because it makes Hellraiser 2 come before Hellraiser 1 on my DVDAficionado list. This is from the Hellraiser Chronicles box set, which was limited to 3,000 copies and included the first 3 soundtracks. Sadly I don't have part 3 yet, but I'll post if I find it. I do have Hellraiser IV though, look for it in the near future.

I've noticed in the first couple movies Pinhead had some great intense, epic sounding quotes, like "Your suffering will be legendary, even in hell!" or "We'll tear your soul apart!". But by part three it seemed like he was really starting to struggle with coming up with ones that actually made sense. For example, "There is a secret song at the center of the world, Joey, it's sound is like razors through flesh." What the hell does that even mean? I've accidentally cut myself with a razor blade before. It didn't really make a sound. Unless me yelling "Dammit!" counts as a sound. Secret song at the center of the world? That doesn't sound very threatening. Sounds like some kinda whimsical Neverending Story shit. I'm just saying, it's not the most threatening remark I've heard.
