I am the ownner of an old vinyl 33 "Main street people" from the Four Tops recorded 1973 or 74 and released in 1974 on abc. This was after Motown. Studio musicians were some of the CRUSADERS (Felder, Sample) and others like Larry Carlton (who was touring & recording with the CRUSADERS). It was recording for quadrophonic equipment that means 4 Speakers use to get the "optimal" sound. On 2 songs Lawrence Payton sings lead voc - on the others Levi Stubbs of course. "Are you man enough" is on it.
