These tools may convert from one encoding to another, but remember that transcoding to any lossy encoding will result in a degraded quality.

Transcoding it from WMA to MP3 is bad idea. Do it for yourself (if you want), but don't share it. I think I've already seen proper Truck Turner somewhere.

I use Xilisoft audio converter, it's free (or it was when i downloaded some time ago) & very simple to use. I've converted WMA files to mp3 & found no problems with it.
