Howard Shore's score from the David Fincher film The Game. The movie starred Michael Douglas, Sean Penn, Deborah Kara Unger (who I think just went by Deborah Unger, no Kara, back then) and featured Baba Yaga herself, Carroll Baker. I've seen the film but I honestly don't remember anything about it. I know I rented it, I know I watched it, and I know I thought it was pretty good, but dammit all I can't really remember anything about it. So sadly you will not hear my usual "witty" comments and/or film analysis. A tragedy. Instead, anyone been on the IMDB lately? It's awful, I'm getting one of those "between page" ads everytime I go to a new page. It used to be once every 10 pages or so, you'd get an ad, and it was fine. Pain in the ass, but not a huge deal. Today, I've gone to about 6 pages, 6 ads. I decide to go on the good old IMDB to look up The Game, to try and think of something to talk about, and it took me over 2 minutes just to go to the site, type The Game, click on the link and then click on External Reviews. IMDB, please, settle down a bit with the ads between pages. That is all. And now, Howard Shore's The Game:1. Happy Birthday, Nicholas (03:03)
2. Consumer Recreation Services (03:09)
3. Harlequin Clown (04:28)
4. House Of Pain (05:07)
5. Van Orton Mansion (01:59)
6. Congratulations On Choosing C.R.S. (05:56)
7. Room 277 (03:35)
8. Illegal Surveillance (02:59)
9. Reckless Endangerment (06:47)
10. Attempted Murder (05:55)
11. Mausoleum (03:55)
12. Tung Hoy (04:34)
13. Pulling Back The Curtain (04:42)
14. White Rabbit (02:49)
Performed by Jefferson Airplane

David Fincher, eh? Well, might be cool... But, I really am not that interested in the movie. A Howard Shore score, though... That I really am interested in.
Thanks, very much!
Ads? I never see ads on IMDB. If they're bugging you, you can alwasy switch to using Firefox with AdBlock Plus. It's a wonderful extension - I live in a pop-up and banner ad-free universe.
Yeah, I use Opera which has been great with popups, I'm not really bothered much by the banners. But these ones on the IMDB don't pop up, the site just makes me do a little stopover on the ad between pages. Like if I'm looking at a movie's page and I see see Louie Anderson's name and I think, "Jesus, is he still working?" and click on his name to check I get an ad between pages for like 10 seconds.
Those imdb ads have become increasingly annoying. A few months ago, there was a talking ad that popped up literally ON top of (not as a pop-up) any given imdb page for some show on HGTV. If I'd had any intention of watching the show (which I didn't) that damned ad would've quickly dissuaded me... When it comes to ads and lock-ups, imdb is getting as bad as tv.com.
Sorry for that rant, back to the topic at hand. I also KNOW that I've seen "The Game" and thought it was decent, but I don't remember anything about it either. Odd, that usually doesn't happen to me.
Hello phelpster thanx for this Score!
I think there is a problem with Track
11 and 12
(can't open them with any program)
I have been searching for this soundtrack for literally years!
If a gentleman (or lady) of vertue could find it in their golden heart to re-up this magnificient score, I would greatly be in your debt.

A new link is up, Enjoy!
