Simon Boswell - Demons 2

This is the soundtrack from Demoni 2... L'incubo ritorna from the underrated Lamberto Bava. I had a request for this one a while back and Leeblob was kind enough to upload it and beer me a link, so here it is. While Demons 2 is a pretty lackluster follow up to Demons, it still has a fine soundtrack. Simon Boswell's name is a bit misleading in the title of this post as his music is only featured on two tracks. But there are plenty of other good songs to be found from The Cult, The Smiths, Peter Murphy and the awesome Fields of the Nephilim, just to name a few. Phelpster Fun Fact - The Nephilim by Fields of the Nephilim is one of my all time favorite albums. Just so you know. If you don't own it, go out and get it.

Didn't Richard Stanley direct a number of Fields of the Nephilim music videos?

Not quite as misleading as you think. 5 of the tracks are mine - I'm also The Producers and Caduta Massi (plus I worked with Pierce Turner on How it Shone).
Cheers. Simon Boswell

Wowzers this is turning out to be a great day! My friends Sister delievers her baby.I find the Smiths track from DEMONS 2 I have been looking forever for since hearing it the first time in 1988 on the vhs version. And now I get to read a post by Simon Boswell :) Sweet indeed!

Cant believe it! Another song I have been looking for is here. Its Fields Of The Nephilim's POWER. I first heard this on BLOOD DINER when they played a awesome live version in the club before the sacrifice to bring the Egyptian Goddess Shitaar back to life.

Thanks alot phelpster! As always your blogs are full of surprises!
