I thought everyone might like to ring in the new year (what does that mean?) with Joseph LoDuca's music from the mighty Army of Darkness. This is the second of LoDuca's ... I swear I'm dyslexic with this guy's name, I always seem to type DoLuca at first - before crying out in anguish, and retyping it correctly. Anyway, the second of his scores I've posted here, the first being 2001's Brotherhood of the Wolf.
I imagine Joseph has a pretty good relationship with Bruce Campbell as he's scored several films he's starred in; Evil Dead, Evil Dead II, Moontrap, Lunatics: A Love Story, Running Time, Alien Apocalypse, The Man With The Screaming Brain, and the tremendously entertaining My Name Is Bruce. And let's not forget he also did music for the Xena and Hercules series which Bruce also appeared in as Autolycus.

JoLeDuca, like Bruce has ties to Michigan. I used to read about Joseph in our local paper ( The Detroit News) back home a lot. THey did a cover story on him once in the Sunday paper, and he lives up north now.
This is a wonderful score, as are the first two films. I saw all of these when they were released back home ( and was on the set of ED1!) . Great memories.
