This is Pierre Bachelet's music from the 1975 Just Jaeckin film Histoire d'O, starring the great Udo Kier. Just (okay, that can't be a real name - does France have a witness protection program?) apparently liked to dabble in the erotic, he also gave us the first Emmanuelle, Gwendoline, and several other fairly sex-filled films.
