Sesame Street Fever

Like Kermit D. Frog? Like disco? Here you go, the Grammy nominated album Sesame Street Fever. Six tracks of white hot disco action. Or something like that.

This album is goofy as all hell - as expected - but I will say Robin Gibb's track Trash is actually quite good as far as novelty children's disco goes.

Side One
Sesame Street Fever - Robin Gibb, The Count, Grover, Ernie & Cookie Monster
Doin' the Pigeon - Bert and the Girls
Rubber Duckie - Ernie and his Rubber Duckie

Side Two

Trash - Robin Gibb
C is for Cookie - Cookie Monster and the Girls
Has Anybody Seen My Dog? - Marty and Grover

Look for the creatively titled follow up Sesame Disco shortly. That's right, they made more than one of these

  2. Whoa. This takes me back. Like "haven't thought about this record for 25 years and wouldn't have ever thought of it again" back. My deepest gratitude.
