Spun - The Official Unofficial Soundtrack Custom Cover

For some unknown reason Jonas Ã…kerlund's 2002 film Spun never received an official soundtrack release. Not unlike the film itself, the soundtrack is absolutely chaotic, featuring everything from Zwan (who are called Djali Zwan now?) to Donovan to Satyricon. It even includes a track by Jason Schwartzman's former band Phantom Planet.
Spoof. Dope. Crank. Creep. Bomb. Spank. Shit. Bang. Zip. Tweak.

Thanks again! Your always coming up with new and absolutely fabulous goodies! I hope your Christmas and New Year went well, and look forward to another year of your company!

All the best
Alex :)

P.S. While your in the feild of "hard to find" or non-existent soundtracks. Any chance of finding the one for "Manhunter"? It was a very unusual ost and I seem to have lost my tape...

I'd kill for a studio version of "Love to Love You" which I don't see mentioned on the disc (but I might be using the wrong name.) I loved Zwan, certainly moreso than the re-invented Smashing Pumpkins. I think the band's original name was Djali Zwan, but it was abbreviated before their album was released.

I don't think the "lost" tracks from Spun will ever be released. Billy Corgan doesn't have fond memories of Zwan.

Alex: funny you should mention Manhunter. Almost every song on our next album was in danger of turning into "This Big Hush."

That's hilarious. I'll have to check out some of your tunes :)

I'm still a huge fan of "Type O Negative" and "The Sisters Of Mercy." It's amazing how over the years our lives may change, but some things always sound right!

You need to add a c-box lol.Totally off subject, but I have been trying to find some comics from London Night Studios and Boneyard Press.I knew you had said you had some stuff you never posted,so I thought I might check with ya.If you don't care ,hit up my c-box and let me know a good indie comic site,or if you maybe have some of that stuff.

Alex - Thanks! My Christmas and New Year stuff went fine, although I worked a 7am-6pm shift on January 1st. Kind of an exhausting way to start off the year.

I'm pretty certain I have Manhunter, I'll try and dig it out for you.

MSO - Hey man, thanks for clearing up that Djali thing. The site I got their tracks from had them listed as Djali Zwan so I just went with that on the cover.

The version of Love To Love I have on here is about 1:45 in length, so I assume that's the full studio version. Shame really, it's quite good. And the solo towards the end is incredibly fun to play.

Kenny - I may try out a chatbox at some point, see how that goes. I don't have any London Night Studios or Boneyard Press stuff right now. I'll look around and see what I can do though.

Sorry to hear about the lousy shift-work, but at least the Holidays were good!
I had a terrfic one too, but it'll be at least a year before I can look at any more Turkey! (gag*)

I'll be watching for that "Manhunter" album!

Thanks again!
