Friday the 13th

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes! It turns out I've got nothing going on today except for some major lounging around I've gotta take care of later. So here is Wildstorm's 6-issue Friday the 13th series. I don't know if it's the same artist, but it looks very similar to the art from the F:The13th Bloodbath series I posted here before. Ridiculously gory death scenes and women with breasts literally the size of watermelons. I mean, most comics overdo the curves on the female characters, but these are ridiculous. As an artist myself I understand this practice. If you draw a woman who is lacking up top a lot of the time it ends up looking like you've drawn an 11-year old girl, even if the character you're doing is supposed to be a grown woman. At least in my experience that is. Not to say that an actual woman who is lacking up top looks like a little girl, this really only applies to comic book style art.

Hey there Phelpster!
Is there any chance that you might have the "Friday the 13th Part 5 A New Beginning" soundtrack anywhere?

I'm also looking for the soundtrack for "A Nightmare On Elm Street 3 Dream Warriors." I have the film score but can't seem to find the actual songs anywhere?

Thanks again!

Alex

Hey, I looked on a couple of sites and it just shows 3 Dokken tracks for Dream Warriors (Dream Warriors, Into The Fire and Back For The Attack), were there other songs in the movie? I have the 3 Dokken tracks but I can't remember if there were any other songs.

For Friday the 13th 5 I don't think there was ever any kind of official release for the soundtrack. The one song that plays in the movie is His Eyes by Pseudo Echo, I do have that one track.

That might explain why I haven't had any luck?

If it wouldn't be too much trouble, I would love to have the friday the 13th track.
I already have all of Dokken's albums (from when I was young...)

Many thanks!

P.S. How did the Birthday go? get any wild and fun stuff?

Hi there, love your mst3k covers...you wouldn't happen to have "slime people" or "castle of fu manchu" would you? Thanks,

Paul

Alex - Sure, I can upload that track. I just need to find the disc it's on. I'll try and find it today.

Paul - Hi, I don't have either of those, but I do have pretty good quality scans for both. I'll try and get those done for you later on.

Hi, that would be awesome. Thanks, I'll watch for them. I sometimes make my own as well with the templates but I hate photoshop and it's hard to find decent pictures for some of the movies without scanning them yourself.

Paul - Hey, sorry, I got these done the other day but I forgot to post them. They ended up being about 3MB each, so I just uploaded them to Rapidshare. You can download the hi-res covers here:

Let me know if you catch any mistakes on them or anything.

Alex - Hey, I'll get that track up tonight, sorry for the wait.

Alex - Here's His Eyes by Pseudo Echo, which plays in Friday 5 while the weird chick dances in her room. Sorry again for the wait.

Autumnal Park, the PE album it appears on is quite good. You should check it out if you like His Eyes.

Thanks!
I tried looking around for an album by that band but couldn't find a darn thing?
Either my luck's gotten worse, or I'm going blind from sitting at this computer too much?

Either way, thanks again for the tunes!

Alex :)

Hey there Phelpster!
I just wanted to let you know that I finally managed to get my hands on that "Pseudo Echo" album "Autumnal Park."

You were absolutely right!
I love it!! :)

If you would like a copy, just let me know and I can send it through "Yousendit."

As for extra songs in movies, I'm pretty sure that most of the "Nightmare on Elm Street", "Friday The 13th" and "Halloween" movies had stuff that wasn't listed on the soundtracks.

Please--correct me if I'm wrong!

Talk soon

Alex :)

Alex - Cool, glad you enjoyed Pseudo Echo:) I already have a copy of it, but thanks for the offer. There may've been other tracks in the movies, but I don't think there were for Friday 5 or Nightmare 3. I know Nightmare just had a couple of Dokken tracks, and apart from His Eyes I don't remember any music from Friday 5. Unless you count the little duet Demon does with his girlfriend while he's on the can.

Tomcat - Hey man, thanks a lot for sharing the links. Happy to add them to my collection!

As I'd mentioned before, i was lucky enough to find the Psuedo Echo album Autumnal Park and am currently uploading it to Yousendit.

With your permission, I would like to leave the link here for anyone else that might want it?

Talk soon
